“Hristev and Cherpokov”’s team is composed of well-qualified specialists in the various areas of law in which we operate. Our team is organized in two main areas: European law and Public law matters and Civil, Contract and Commercial law. European law and public affairs is headed by Hristo Hristev (PhD) and our practice in the field of Civil, Commercial and Contract law is lead by Iliya Cherpokov.
Hristo Hristev (PhD) is a lawyer, member of the Sofia Bar Association, professor of EU law at the Law Faculty of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski “. A graduate in law of the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski “and in EU Law at the European University Centre in Nancy, France, PhD in law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski “and PhD in Public law from the University of Nancy, France.
Iliya Cherpokov is a lawyer, member of the Plovdiv Bar Association, graduate of the University of Plovdiv. Iliya Cherpokov is a lawyer with extensive experience gained through a high number of cases in civil, contractl and commercial law.
